Barracuda Mission Statement
The Huntington Barracudas Swim Team welcomes all swimmers up to the age of 18
from all levels of talent to participate in a fun and competitive summer swim
club. Our goal is to offer the opportunity for every swimmer to participate
and gain a sense of accomplishment through continued improvement. Our coaches
provide each swimmer with the instruction and encouragement needed to succeed
both individually and as a member of the team. It is our belief that all
swimmers should have fun both in and out of the water either by reaching their
own goals or by encouraging their teammates to reach theirs. We help each
athlete build confidence and self-esteem as well as learn the importance of
team spirit and good sportsmanship.

Swim Team Practice Schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
5 and 7: 10:00 to 10:45 am (7 yr olds come at 9:45)
6 and 8: 9:00 to 10:00 am (6 yr olds come at 9:15)
9, 10 and 11: 8:00 to 9:15 am
12 and older: 6:45 to 8:15 am
Wednesdays
6 and under: No Practice
7 and 8: 9:00 to 10:00 am
9, 10 and 11: 8:00 to 9:15
12 and older: 6:45 to 8:15 am
