Membership:

Huntington Swim and Tennis club is the coolest way to stay cool during Naperville's hot summers. We’re more than just a neighborhood pool. We offer swimming lessons, tennis lessons, swim team, sand volleyball court, and adult and family social parties throughout the summer. Members can pack up the coolers and enjoy a drink in our large family area while cooking dinner on our giant grill. It’s a great way to spend a summer day or evening.

When bonds are available it’s easy to become a member. Each member is an equity member. That means you own a portion of the pool. Each member is required to keep their membership current by paying one of two types of yearly dues:

  • Active Equity Member: $450.00 for the 2009 season for a family to use all of the club's facilities and attend social events

  • Maintenance Member: $195.00 for the 2009 season keeps your bond up to date. You don’t have access to regular open swimming, but you are encouraged to attend adult Socials

The pool sells a limited number of these bonds for $1500.00 a piece.   You can also purchase a bond from an individual bond holder who is selling. The sale can only happen if the seller’s bond is in good standing (paid up to date) and a $75.00 transfer fee has been paid as well. Further instructions are posted below under "Huntington Bond Transfer Procedures".

Trial Summer Membership  This year we are offered a limited number of one time Trial Summer Membership to the club. The cost was $595.00 for your household for the summer.  This will give you full access to the pool and social events. It’s a way to try the club with no obligation. If you have fun and later choose to become a full member next year, just purchase a bond from Huntington Swim and Tennis Club and we’ll credit you $150.00 towards your dues. This is a limited offer.  We might not extend the program in future years.  This program is dependent on available pool bonds at the beginning of the swim season, so hurry now and join.

Selling HSTC Bonds

Owners can sell their bonds on the open market at what ever price they negotiate.  There is a transfer fee and a transfer procedure listed below.  This is the best way to sell your bond as you can negotiate your own price and you do not have to "wait your turn" to sell.  The club's greatest asset is our membership.  We appreciate your efforts in finding new members as you retire to your new status or move to a new location.   In addition our Volunteer Membership chairperson can help you sell your bond.  Just email membership@huntingtonpool.org and he will put your at the bottom on the bond sellers wait list.  When your name comes to the top of the list we will pass it to those who inquire about membership.  We do not track bond sale prices but have a committee who are looking into bond values based on our property values.  At this point we do not have much in the way of firm results from that committee.  If you have further questions write membership@huntingtonpool.org or call
